We only sell Japanese specie eel, Anguilla Japonica, known as the best specie for unary dishes. Japanese eel is famous for its tenderness and aromatic flavour. The quality of our unagi is being served in the Japan domestic market and good quality Japanese restaurants. Our unagi is precooked, hence all you need is just thaw it and lightly heat it up with oven or pan sear.
